Job Description
Indirect Sales Manager is responsible for managing and developing the indirect sales strategy through partner, distributors, resallers ansd System integrators. This position aims to drive sales growth, set up GTM prices rules of engagement Strategy trhrough the indirect business. Also, optimize relationships with partners, and ensure that commercial objectives are achieved trhough an efficient indirect sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Development and Management:
- Identify, select, and manage strategic partners (distributors, resellers and system integrators) to achieve sales targets.
- Foster long term relationships with indirect sales partners.
- Define and execute sales strategies to maximize market coverage through indirect channels.
- Indirect Sales and Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute sales plans with partners to achieve revenue and market share goals.
- Ensure that marketing and promotional strategies are effective within the indirect channels.
- Support the training and development of partners to optimize their sales performance.
- Performance Analysis:
- Continuously track the performance of indirect channels and partners by analyzing key metrics (sales, margin and customer satisfaction)
- Identify opportunities for improvement and apply corrective actions when needed.
- Reporting and Forecasting:
- Prepare periodic reports on the performance of indirect channels, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Present sales analysis and forecasts to senior management, proposing strategies to optimize results.
- Contract and Agreement Management:
- Manage agreements and contracts with partners, ensure favorable business terms for both the company and the partners.
