Job Description
Develop and apply quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct periodic audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate the Quality data analysis and create Quality reports.
- Implement improvements and corrective actions to ensure the Quality standards.
- Ensure the accomplishment of the processes and Quality policies.
- Support all activities to obtain and maintain the Quality certification ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
- Participation in third-party certification audits, Customer audits and corrective actions response in time and manner.
- Communication to Customers and attention to Customer portals, response to Quality issues in time.
- Ensures the closure of corrective actions from external claims, internal and external audits.
- Develop and support all product audits, internal audits as parts of the Quality system.
- Ensures to work with all departments to ensure to follow the SOCO’s system and NC’s closure.
- Continuously work to stablish and improve the Internal Quality system (procedures, work instructions, form, etc.).
- Promoter of the Quality Culture supporting all activities the use and deployment of the 14 principles.
- In charge of the cost associates to external sorting companies (control and monitor the associates).
- Lead and participate in workshops for improvement of the Quality system.
- Establish procedures to ensure quality at all department and activities performed within the areas.
- Participation in the definition of key indicators of Quality. Follow up KPI’s and continuous improvement of processes.
- Participation in Root cause analysis related to Quality system nonconformities.
Perform the follow up of analysis of the process Quality of their processes.
